-The seniors want the cadets to start using the "chain of command". The chain of command promotes cadets that have a question to go to the next highest rank from themselves.
-Corporals and above are to spread themselves out among the cadets. This is done to prevent too much noise. There will be no more "bunching" of corporals and above.
