Phone Calls are to be done on the Tuesday before cadets. Section IC's will recieve a phone call the Monday before cadets. They will have to report back to the platoon 2IC on Tuesday with the following information
-who is coming
-who is excused
-who they did not get a hold of.
Failure to get the information back to the platoon 2IC may result in lost of section and extra duties.
